Health insurance is mandatory for all students. Insurance is offered by Aetna Insurance, which can be paid in installments. However, this can cost around $5000.

ICICI offers a student health insurance package for INR 19,000 (~$500), which is accepted by Drexel University. You can obtain more information at any ICICI insurance branch.If you take insurance from ICICI, be sure to waive the insurance being offered by Drexel to avoid paying double. It is also important to complete all immunization before coming here, except for the TB test, which will be performed at the Drexel Health Center. Please make sure to complete the immunization form which is sent by the university prior to arriving here.
